Competing to win is engrained in the Medtronic company culture, and for some employees, it's who they are to their core. 

There's a surprising number of Medtronic employees from around the world who have competed in the Olympics. One of those employees is Erin Huck, a senior program manager, who competed in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in mountain biking. Based in Boulder, Colorado, Erin said balancing her career with her athletic training helped her keep her competitive edge.
