Medtronic, a global leader in healthcare technology, today announced that Sean Haag has been named President of Medtronic Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT). He will also serve on the Neurosciences Portfolio leadership team.

Sean served as interim President of Medtronic ENT starting in July 2025. During that time, he strengthened the leadership team, deepened customer relationships, and delivered strong business results. His appointment reflects both the momentum underway in the ENT business and continued confidence in his leadership.

Sean brings nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including 20 years at Medtronic, with deep expertise across leadership, strategy, and commercial operations. He has a strong track record of building high-performing teams and translating complex innovation into real-world value for patients and customers. Prior to serving as interim President of the Medtronic ENT business, Sean was Vice President of Marketing and Clinical for the AiBLE ecosystem within the Medtronic Cranial and Spinal Technologies business.

Sean holds an MBA in Strategy, Finance, and Marketing from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University.
