Medtronic board members Craig Arnold and Shirley Jackson have been recognized by Savoy magazine as part of its Power 300: 2016 Most Influential Black Corporate Directors. This listing highlights the work being done by African American leaders on the boards of the world’s leading corporations.

Craig Arnold joined the Board of Directors at Medtronic in 2015. He currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of power management company Eaton.
Shirley Jackson, Ph.D. has been on the Board of Directors at Medtronic since 2002. She is also President of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a role she has held since 1999.
